From the Owner - How We Operate.

I will never have Sales People between us. I will personally do your pool design with very careful consideration to the many details that are necessary to finish your design completely and accurately. That will not be done on a laptop at your kitchen table in 20 minutes by a Pool Salesman. Although not their fault Pool Sales People by the nature of their situation (they work by commission only) have to get you done and move on to the next customer as quickly as possible in order to see enough people in a month to make their living. Pool Sales People have to usually see 3-6 potential customers for every job they sell. See more on that below.

We operate more like an architect or custom home builder firm. We purposely do not have a retail location requiring sales people to sit around all day (not making a nickel) until they sell somebody something. We are however currently narrowing down our selection on some nice Professional Office locations but we will still be "appointment only" so that I can focus on existing projects and work in a nicely scheduled environment.

This purpose of this website is to SAVE YOU from having to sit with me for up to a few hours while I cover the sometimes overwhelming amount of information and options that you are going to need to understand in order to plan and build your pool properly. Spend some time on this site and when we talk we will have a more productive time together.

Typical Design and Sales Process in the Pool Industry:

Most companies will send a sales person out to your home to sell you a pool and it will go as follows: 45 minutes to a few hours in your home hoping to put enough information on you to make you feel comfortable enough to sign a contract. You will get bits and pieces from all of them. Some will give you this, and some will give you that, some of it will be good. Some of the information will be conflicting. Much of it will be opinion or will just be what that particular sales person was taught to say. And after you have been through that 3 or 4 or 5 times much of the information will become a blur.

As mentioned above, Pool Sales People have to usually see 3-6 potential customers as fast as they can for every job they sell. As a result small and sometimes critical details will get overlooked. Those details are usually caught by the CAD or Construction Dept and then the Sales Person will have their commission deducted if it is an error or omission that costs the company money or they will try to come back to you with a change order. It is not easy to design and price a pool if you do not have the detailed knowledge of how to build a pool.

This site was created to give you as much of an education on pool construction and your options as possible. Information is added regularly. So if you are ready to build a pool it would be a very good idea to spend some time digging around this site and following the provided links to the additional sites. You can do it at your leisure, come and go off and on and when you have a good idea what you want to do contact us and we can answer questions the website did not or that the website caused you to wonder about.

I don't think you ever bought a house because a Realtor sat in your kitchen with you for a couple hours, showed you some houses on a laptop, whipped out a contract and got you done. Pools should not be done that way either. There is too much to consider even on a simple pool. I look forward to working with you on your project if you decide we are the type of company you desire to work with.
